Contract award. We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed mechanical contractor for this unique project. Sealyham House is a grade 2 listed building set in the Pembrokeshire countryside and is undergoing a complete refurbishment in preparation for opening as an activity centre. The project involves the entire design and installation of all mechanical systems. A scheduled imminent start is crucial, ensuring we deliver the contract in line with tight time constraints and costs kept within the client’s budget—many thanks to Penfro Consultancy for getting us involved in the project.

Contract award. PipeworxGB is pleased to have been awarded the mechanical package for the Albert Hall Swansea. We will design and carry out all mechanical installations, which include the following:
Boosted cold water services
Domestic plumbing and hot water installations to 10 no-apartments
MVHR ventilation works for living spaces
Fire sprinkler systems in all apartments
Mechanical fit-out works throughout the building.
The Albert Hall is an iconic building situated in the centre of Swansea. After being derelict for many years and after careful planning, the building is to undergo a complete refurbishment, which will include residential apartments, multiple retail units, food courts and restaurants.
